We are pleased to announce the promotion of Todd McClinton to Manager of Technician Development of SUI. In this role, Todd will be leading a team responsible for all facets of SUI technician training. This includes our new technician development and ongoing field training for incumbent technicians. Over the last seven years, Todd has been a role model for both SUI values and delivering results.
Todd joined SUI in 2009 and was promoted to Field Service Manager of our Birmingham Office prior to serving as a Corporate Trainer for SUI’s Northeastern and Southeastern Regions. As a Corporate Trainer, Todd oversaw the development of SUI’s Calibrated Trainers and the field training process. Most recently, Todd oversaw the successful implementation of field training for DISH’s new Smart Phone Repair services.
Todd holds a Bachelors in Business Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is excited to now be involved with both classroom and field training for new Technicians. Todd believes the first impression is the most important, and he hopes to leave positive impressions upon all of SUI’s new trainees as they enter the Corporate Training Center. Congratulations, Todd!
