Satellites Unlimited is proud to welcome Sara Litwin as Human Resources Manager. Sara will be responsible for recommending corporate policies related to employee relations, safety, employee services, and performance management across SUI. Sara will also manage the maintenance of employee records to ensure compliance with an emphasis on new hire documentation. Sara received her Bachelor’s Degree from Georgia State University and earned her Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Human Resource Development from Florida State University. Josh Meeks joins SUI as Vice President of Finance. In this position, Josh will be responsible for the accounting operations of SUI, including the production of financial reports and maintaining records, controls, and budgets to mitigate risk, enhance accuracy of reports, and ensure compliance with financial standards. We are pleased to announce the promotion of Todd McClinton to Manager of Technician Development of SUI. In this role, Todd will be leading a team responsible for all facets of SUI technician training. This includes our new technician development and ongoing field training for incumbent technicians. Over the last seven years, Todd has been a role model for both SUI values and delivering results.
Todd joined SUI in 2009 and was promoted to Field Service Manager of our Birmingham Office prior to serving as a Corporate Trainer for SUI’s Northeastern and Southeastern Regions. As a Corporate Trainer, Todd oversaw the development of SUI’s Calibrated Trainers and the field training process. Most recently, Todd oversaw the successful implementation of field training for DISH’s new Smart Phone Repair services.
Todd holds a Bachelors in Business Marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is excited to now be involved with both classroom and field training for new Technicians. Todd believes the first impression is the most important, and he hopes to leave positive impressions upon all of SUI’s new trainees as they enter the Corporate Training Center. Congratulations, Todd! Landscape Workshop would like to welcome a new team member, Adam Sleeper, as our Maintenance Division’s Enhancement & Irrigation Manager. In this role, Adam will manage the enhancement and irrigation operations of the branch, including ensuring project completion and quality, assisting with estimation, and securing materials. To build and strength relationships with Landscape Workshop customers, he will also be responsible for conducting regular site visits. Adam has eight years of green industry experience and achieved both his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science, Horticulture, from Auburn University. Welcome to the team, Adam!
Landscape Workshop would like to welcome Patrick Tillman to our Construction Division as the team’s new Estimator. In this role, Patrick will be responsible for reviewing plans and preparing bid information for landscape and irrigation construction projects. Patrick attended Auburn University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design as well as his Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Following college graduation, he attended Gainesville State College, where he received his GIS certification. We’re excited to have you as part of our growing team, Patrick.
